You might need to find the settings for the Lock Screen in the “Notifications menu so if you have to tap “Notifications” in the menu options, tap to navigate to the notification settings for your lock screen. Some phones, like the Samsung Galaxy, will show you suggestions for similar settings at the bottom of your screen.
After you’ve tapped the toggle to switch it on, you can change the settings here to customize your notifications. If, for instance, you only want your notification to show you the icon of the app that sent the notification, tap View style > Details.
